Strategic Partnering and Corporate Update

Vivoryon’s key strategic priority remains securing the funding necessary to advance varoglutamstat into a Phase 2b clinical study in patients with advanced diabetic kidney disease, with the aim of confirming the compelling data observed in the VIVIAD and VIVA-MIND studies.
The Company has made further progress in its strategic partnering efforts and is engaged in advanced negotiations with different parties towards securing a partnership for varoglutamstat in kidney disease.
In parallel, Vivoryon has implemented additional cost-saving measures aimed at preserving its financial resources while pursuing its strategic partnering activities. The Company will provide a further business update, including updated cash runway guidance, as part of its Q3 financial results in early November.
